I prefer Cora and Coralie or even Coralia to Coretta, which seems rather pseudo-Italian to me. Apparently there is something in Italian called a "coretto" and it refers to a tribune in a church, so it's not really name material then.
Coretta Maeve is fine, but I'm not fussed about either name. Maeve sounds quite old-fashioned, like an elaborate form of Mae. Coretta Mae sounds like a stereotypical American country woman.
