They go together as sibling and twin names. I love August, but I dislike the sound of Hazel.

Very sweet, themey but not overly so for twins. I like both names and they work well together.

I don't know if they make good siblings, but they make a decent tragic romantic couple. I have this thing where well-known romantic couples do not make good sibsets. Romeo and Juliet. Tristan and Isolde. Even if not everyone is going to catch the reference I would and it would bother me.

I think Hazel and August go really well together. They're both uncommon but not unheard of, and have the same slightly vintage feel.

I just voted in your poll. :-) I easily picked the "love them together" option. They are wonderful names individually as well as together. Big thumbs up.
