Eireann: like Erin. To me, this name on an English speaker is just Erin with an annoying spelling. I love the name Erin, though.
Soren: looks like SOHR-en to me, I'd guess that. It sounds Scandinavian and I think it's nice, not a fave.
Japheth: I'd say JAFF-eth, until I was told the right way. No matter how you say it, I think it sounds archaic and like someone trying to spit out a mouthful of hair. I dislike, sorry. If it had a short form with only one hissing consonant, like Jafe, I might like that okay.
