Chiara -- kee-AR-a
Eireann -- same as Erin
Soren -- SOR-en
Japheth -- JAY-pheth
I've only known one Chiara. Her mother is Puerto Rican and her father is Italian so they chose names that both sides of the family could pronounce: Chiara, Victoria and Sabrina. Pretty sibset. Their mother told me that people do tend to call Chiara chee-AIR-a. BTW, the mother's name is Nereida which is a name you don't hear every day, huh? The dad's name is Angelo. Just thought I'd throw that in. ;-)

Chiara: kee-AH-ra. I know a woman named this; oddly, she's from Germany.
Eireann: like Erin. To me, this name on an English speaker is just Erin with an annoying spelling. I love the name Erin, though.
Soren: looks like SOHR-en to me, I'd guess that. It sounds Scandinavian and I think it's nice, not a fave.
Japheth: I'd say JAFF-eth, until I was told the right way. No matter how you say it, I think it sounds archaic and like someone trying to spit out a mouthful of hair. I dislike, sorry. If it had a short form with only one hissing consonant, like Jafe, I might like that okay.

Chiara - I wouldn't speak this out loud, before asking how I should pron. it, I would say soething like: KHEE-ah-rah/TSHEE-ah-rah/Tshyah-rah... (sorry, no idea), I don't really care for it
Eireann - I-ree-uhn, looks ok
Soren - SUH-ruhn (although, without the " or / , maybe SOH-ruhn), I like this :)
Japheth - yah-FED, ok if it's part of your heritage
