Frankie
WDYT of Frankie on a girl? Only suitable as a NN? What full names would work? And if you were to use Frankie-in-full, what MN would you give her?
Replies
I'd only use it as a nn, but have to admit I really like it on a girl... and I'm usually one for full names only w/ most names. (w/ some exceptions)
Francesca and Francine are pleasant enough. Frances is ok too...
I like Francesca as a mn for Kiyoe (keeyoay).
Possibilities (match names w/ Frankie full name of your choice since some only fit one or 2 of these):
Louise
Rayael
Amaryllis
Adelaide
Bronwen
Mavelle
Jolene
Noelle
Dominga
Dominique
Midori
Antonia

I quite like it as a nickname for Francesca. I prefer Frankie for a boy though.
I'd only have it as a nn for Francesca, Frances, Francine, etc. I don't mind Frankie as a mn that she's goes by most, if not all, of the time, but it really needs something more solid.
Frankie Jean.
Frankie Jean.
I think Frankie is nice, but really only as a nickname. I'd use Francesca as a full name. There's a really cool Australian magazine called Frankie.
My ex-SO has a sister named Frankie. It says Frankie on her birth certificate. I don't care for Frankie for a girl (nor do I like Frank for a boy), but it could be a nickname for Frances. I'd never use it on its own.
