A woman from my AR group named her daughter Priscilla a few years ago. She also has a son named Rupert, which I think is a good match. I've warmed up to Priscilla a little, but I still hear priss/prissy and think of cilia when I see it. I don't think I'll ever truly like it. It strikes me that Priscilla would be a great name for a sister of a Primrose. They could be Prim and Prissy. :) Find a name that would lend itself to the nickname Prig, and the sibset would be complete. All in all, I much prefer Drusilla: similar sound, both Roman, both uncommon, but avoiding that problematic first syllable.

You could go with Prudence and call her Prude. Prim, Prissy, and Prude.
