I sometimes pronounce -ana as Anna and sometimes I don't. Briana, for example, is always bree-AH-na and Ariana is ah-ree-AH-na but for some reason I really want to pronounce the -ana in Adriana as Anna.

I pronounce it like ay-dree-AH-na. It's one of those names, though, where the takes on pronunciation are so diverse, that I'd be prepared to be corrected.
