I do like the name, but prefer the Kaia spelling, though Kaya is also nice. I pronounce it as KY-ah. I don't like it with a C.

I like Kaia and Kaja, and pronounce them ky-ah. I think they are a bit trendy in the UK, but I like it anyway. Never met one.Caya and Kaya look odd and too close to Kayak for me.

I looooooove Kaia. Very spunky. I like Kaya too, but I think Kaia ages better.Ky-ah. I like Kaja, but none of the C spellings look right to me. I'd want to prn. them differently, and they bring to mind Chaya, which is probably why my instincts lean towards the Kah-yah or Kay-ah prn. for the C spellings. Caya looks like Cay-ah. I much prefer Kaya.Nope, nope and nope. My vote goes to Kaia, then Kaya, then Kaja in that order. The first two seem more straight forward in an english speaking country, but that would't stop me using Kaja.

I love Kaya! I pronounce it KYE-ah. The spellings Kaya, Kaia, and Kaja are my favorites (in that order). I don't particularly like it with a C. It loses some of the spunk that it normally carries.I have only ever met one Kaya. She's a short girl, athletic build, olive skin, dark and thick and SHINY black hair, big dark eyes, excellent violinist, very sweet, lots of fun, an animal lover. I picture her when I think of the name. :) Needless to say, I love it. I think it's much less trendy than Maya (although I also like Maya). I don't think it's really trendy at all, actually.

I would have pronounced it KAY-a. Just like it's spelled, lol. I knew a KY-ah and she spelled it Kya.It's not really my style but I don't mind it.

I would pronounce Kaya/ Caya like KAY-uh, and the rest of your spellings like KY-uh (ky rhyming with sky). I much prefer the look and sound of Kaia. Between Caya and Kaya, I like the "K" spelling better.I've never met one in real life, but I have met a Kia, which has a similar sound (KEE-uh).

Never come across it before! I would say Kay-uh but although the K version is prefereable imho I am unimpressed.
Actually, I had wondered before I opened your post whether it's meant as a version of the Hebrew Chaya

I've met one KY-ah, but I have no idea how it was spelled. My best guess would be Kaya, like Maya. I think I prefer Kaia and Kaja, but the name doesn't do much for me, whatever the spelling. I really dislike the C- spellings, though. They look wrong somehow.

Kaja is used as a nickname for Katarina here and I know a few, mostly older women.
In English I'd use the spelling Kaya and I pronounce it KAH-ya.
