I'm not a big fan of it, really, the sound just isn't attractive to me. There was a girl named Cyan on the Price is Right (an American T.V. show that we watch when we eat breakfast before goign to work), and my boyfriend said, "Cyan, that's a color, right?"

So... I don't know, that pretty much sums up how I feel about the name, although there are a lot of "word" names that are quite popular and no one even gives them a second thought.

However, I do see it more for a boy... oddly enough.
