Ooh! Ooh! (I'm back in school waving my arm in the air furiously to be called on.) I have Sunny Caroline and Sunny Aurelia as stock combos. I'm especially fond of Sunny Caroline. I picture a, well, sunny day in the state of North or South Carolina. It just sounds so happy. :-)
I've loved Sunny for years, although I prefer it as a nn. I usually associate it with Alexandra, but I can easily see it as a nn for Susan / Susannah and Sunniva. Also: Sonya / Sonia / Sonja, Marisol, Soleil, Alison, etc. But yes, it can stand on its own quite nicely.
