Re: Marilla

I always loved Small Anne Cordelia's name. :) I can't think of it without the "small" part on the front, since I never managed to get all the way through the series--only up to the point that she appeared. (I literally read only the first chapter or so of the book where Anne's children took over the story, heh.)
I also love Joyce (and Jocosa!) and Marilla "Rilla," though I'm too much a fan of Amaryllis "Rylla" to want to use it.
Alexandra Joyce~ I'd be far more interested in seeing Joyce Alexandra. Alexandra is so boring at this point.
Catherine Marilla / Marilla Catherine~ The C works well here--I suppose because Marilla was a Cuthbert. :) I generally prefer the spelling Katharine, but Marilla Katharine looks too hard.
Catherine Joyce~ Katharine Joyce, though, I could handle. Once again, I'd much prefer Joyce Catherine, since I know way too many Kathryn/Katherine/Catherines who are of elementary school age.
Máiri Cordelia~ I like this one best of the combos here, I think. Both names are lovely, and they sound nice together.
