I like Alba quite a bit. Not enough to love it, but almost. It may be too close to your daughter's name, but not necessarily. If you pronounce Calla's name as CALE-ah and Alba as AHL-bah then it isn't. If Calla is CAHL-ah and Alba is AHL-bah then it is too close. However, if Calla is CAHL-ah and Alba is ALE-bah then it isn't. Confusing, but that's my two cents.

I love Iris Winter Alba. I don't love Iris Boheme Alba (although I do like it) because the B sound is so strong. Although give me a second and I may come to love Iris Boheme Alba. I kind of like the strong B sound now.
