It's really too canine for me, though I know a human named Bronwen whose nn is Bonnie.

Bonnie! I love it so much. It's solidly in my top 10. It's so bright, it's like it's filled with sunshine. It's buoyant, high-energy, and youthful, but at the same time, I have no problem picturing it on an adult. That's not an easy mix to find.

The only problem I have with Bonnie is that I can't seem to find a workable combo for it.

I like it, although I used to like it a lot more than I do now. It's very cheerful and pie-making. I never was able to come up with a perfect combo for it, but these were some I liked:

I like it, but I'm surprised no one else has mentioned Bonnie and Clyde, 'cause that's my first thought when I hear it and it might be other peoples'.

I really like Bonnie! There's something very approachable but secretive about her.

It's cute on a child, yet durable and not *too* cute on an adult. I happen to prefer the spelling Bonny, but Bonnie is still a great name.

There is nothing wrong with the name. It is useable and nice enough. Not my style though. Bonnie Adele!

It's interesting. It used to not register with me too much, and if I noticed it at all I would see it as kind of a dated, throw-away name. Lately I've been understanding it's appeal, though. There's something interesting about it.

I think it's cute, although maybe a bit too cutesey! I think it will fit in well here in the UK, because nicknames are so popular here at the mo.

The only problem I have with it is the word "bonny". So when I hear (for example) Bonnie Jane, I think of Bonnie as more as an adjective, like if she was called Pretty Jane or Lovely Jane or Funny Jane.
