I hardly think adding one extra letter to an ancient foreign-language name is on par with butcherings like Alyxzandrah.

Don`t think the name should be used on newborns now though. Phineas & Ferb makes it unusable. Though I suppose if your mom is Julia Roberts you can be named whatever the hell you want.
