"wheat" is masculine? :) Actually isn't the beginning "y" in most Welsh names indicate that it's masculine? (i.e., Gwyneth vs. Gwenyth)

Yeah, I think it is. Not that wheat couldn't be feminine, but it makes me picture handsome rugged farmer man. Swoon. :)I'm not sure if Gwyn/Gwen have gender, but I've always wondered that.
