I really like Adrienne, probably because of a good friend I grew up with having that name. And that is my favourite spelling, because it makes the most sense with how I pronounce the name. I don't like Adrian(n)a at all as it makes it way too flowery for me. Does the nickname Adie sound like the number 80? I don't think I like it. I'm not really sure Adrienne needs a nickname.Of your combos, I think these are particularly good:

I'm English, so with my accent 80 sounds with a 't'. But I can see it would be like that in America, for example.
Haha Billie Joe Armstrong has the number 80 tattooed on him as his wife's name is Adrienne "Adie."
