I love Adrienne! It's an old favourite of mine although I have rarely used it recently. I also like how classic it is without being common/dated/boring. Between Adrienne and Adrianne it's a tie and I sometimes change opinion but it's Adrienne I would favour ultimalely (today at least). I also like Adriana, spelt this way.
I don't like Adie and I don't really have a better nickname idea. I used to know an Adrianne nicknamed Betty, for whatever obscure reason...
As for combos, the one that stands out for me is Adrienne Laurel. :)

Are you pronouncing it like ay-dree-ENN or like AY-dree-en? I only know one, and she pronounces it like Adrian, but if I hadn't ever met her I'd assume it was ay-dree-ENN.
What are you opinions of Adrienne?
-I like it, but not enough to use.
Do you prefer Adrianne / Adriana / Adrianna?
-I like Adria, Adriana, Adrien, and Adrian on a girl also. Adrianne isn't bad either. I don't really like Adrianna.
Do you like the nickname Adie?
-Not really. I don't think it needs a nickname, but if it wanted one I'd probably say Adri.

I like Adrienne, but I prefer Adrian (for a boy), Adrianne, Adriana, and Adrianna to Adrienne.
Adie is a cute nickname, but I like Adrie better.
Out of your combos, I like these the best:
Adrienne Susana
Adrienne Sophia
Adrienne Michele - Prefer Michelle.
Adrienne Carla
Adrienne Laurel
Adrienne Verity
Adrienne Rose - Rose is very overused as a middle name, though. How about Adrienne Rosa or Adrienne Roselle?
Adrienne Diana
Adrienne Laurel and Adrienne Sophia are my faves.
I love Eleanora, but Adrienne Eleanora is a bit of a mouthful unfortunately.

I really like Adrienne, probably because of a good friend I grew up with having that name. And that is my favourite spelling, because it makes the most sense with how I pronounce the name. I don't like Adrian(n)a at all as it makes it way too flowery for me.
Does the nickname Adie sound like the number 80? I don't think I like it. I'm not really sure Adrienne needs a nickname.
Of your combos, I think these are particularly good:
Adrienne Sophia
Adrienne Michele
Adrienne Joanna
The one I know is Adrienne Christine, which I also like.

Adrienne is quite nice but in some accents it sounds exactly like the boys' name Adrian, so it sort of depends where you live. I don't like it when it is pronounced lik Adrian.
For that reason as well I would prefer Adrianna or Adriana.
My combo suggestions are Adrienne Marissa, Adrienne Louisa or Adrienne Michaela. I also like your ideas of Adrienne Joanne or Adrienne Sophia.

I think Adrienne, Adrianne and Adrianna are all nice and it kinda depends what you're combining it w/... The first 2 esp. aren't overused it seems, so that gives them some added appeal.
if the mns above, I think the ones w/ ns could probably be removed... mns that work w/ it...
Rose
Verity
Laurel (prn'd Laurelle sounds better and classier)
Carla
Michele
Elizabeth
