I think Ezra David is your best combo. Although David is pretty common, it is a strong and decent name and flows really nicely with Ezra. I also like Harrison, but it just doesn't flow as well as David. (p.s. I have no idea the reason for Harrison - his Dad is Henry/Harry/Harold?)
Ezra Taze doesn't sound right. The two Zs don't really bother me but I think Taze is too short and sounds choppy. Also it doesn't look like a real name (although it's a family name) and makes me think of Tazers!
