I think that all of the ones on your list can stand alone except for Lulu, which sounds too cutesy as a full name. Kit would probably be better as a nickname, but I don't necessarily mind it as a full name.

The only people I've known named Flora and Audrey were simply Flora and Audrey. I've never heard Levi used as a nickname before - only as a full name.
