I like Hope best. I used to like Faith a lot and not like Hope. I've slowly stopped liking Faith and then I started liking Hope only recently. I've never really thought about religious people naming their children Faith. I've never assumed anyone was religious because they had a daughter named Faith. I like Hope for the very same reasons you do. I think it's nice for a middle name, but it's strong enough to be a first name. As for KAY-lee, I think the spelling Kayley tells you how to pronounce it better then Kaley, but I think Kayley looks a little sloppy. I like Kaley for it's looks and Kayley for it's easier to guess how to pronounce it. I guess it comes down to which is more important. I think I would use Kayley.
