I've always known it as Pnina, which I think is quite pretty; but Peninnah has got far too many extra letters. It just looks messy.
A friend of mine, named Anne Penelope, used Chana Pnina for Jewish religious purposes. Very lovely, either way.

I agree with this, about Peninnah having too many letters. I like Pnina as well as Penina.
