I want to like it because it was grandmother's name. I used to HATE it, but now I can see the appeal. I predict it's going to get more popular, especially with the rise of all the El- names like Ella, Eleanor, etc.
From your combos, I prefer Eloise Hope.
Some other suggestions:

Eloise Margaret
Eloise Adele

For the sake of flow, I think Eloise works better in the mn spot in a lot of these combos.
