Re: Abiageal
It doesn't matter how they spell it; she'll still be Abby. Nothin' wrong with Abby, but if you're going to love a popular name, embrace it. Don't pull a kre8tyve spelling out of your ass and act like you're original for using it.Of course, there is always the chance they just liked this spelling more than the original...and as a Rachael, I should be more sensitive to that sort of thing. Heh.

I couldn't agree more about this Abby. I wouldn't feel bad, Rachael is at least a conventional spelling of the name. It isn't as if your mother named you Raychill or anything.

Abiageal is the popular girl in fifth grade who wore Keds and had slap bracelets. Raychill is the poor girl who made her own "slap bracelet" out of construction paper and glue-on sparkles.Ahem, not that this happened to me, or anything. *blushes*

Slap bracelets? Are you serious! OMG!!!!!!! That was a trip in the way back machine. hahaha Haven't even thought about those tacky things in a billion years! And so what if Abigail with the kre8tiv spelling had one, she may be "like, so cool and trendy" but you are a classic and timeless Rachael!
