I LOVE Antonia! I think it's great.
I really like Octavia, too. I used to like it more, but a lot of my favourite names are rather simple now and Octavia has just fallen out of favour. I do think it's pretty, though.
For ancient Roman names (taken from this database), my favourites are:
Agrippina (new addition to my long list)
Alba (my #1 or #2 girl name)
Faustina
Caecilia
Junia
Lucia (my name)
Tullia
Virginia
Laelia
Hortensia
And for boys:
Caius (in my top 5)
Gaius
Julius
Marius (my #2 boy name)
