Alice ....
Replies
Alice Guinevere - Very pretty.
Alice Josephine - Quaint and lovely.
Alice Juliet - Nice flow. I prefer Juliette, but Juliet is pretty as well. It's not one I'd use myself, but I can appreciate it.
Alice Matilda - Nice flow, but I've never really been all that fond of Matilda. It sounds clunky to me.
Alice Genevieve (jhen-uh-vee-ev) - Beautiful.
Alice Ariana (ah-ree-AH-nuh) - I prefer Adriana to Ariana, but Alice Ariana is decent.
More ideas:
Alice Colette
Alice Miranda
Alice Cordelia
Alice Gwendolyn / Gwendolen
Alice Caroline
Alice Veronica
Alice Corina
Alice Carina / Karina
Alice Rosaline
Alice Rosalind
Alice Rosalie
Alice Coralie
Alice Mariana
Alice Magdalena

I like Alice Evangeline a lot :)
Alice Guinevere -- Love it. Great flow and the styles work beautifully.
Alice Josephine -- The "s" of Alice and the "jos" of Josephine are a little difficult for me to say, but it's not a deal breaker. The styles work well together.
Alice Juliet -- Sweet.
Alice Matilda -- Retro-licious. Love, love it.
Alice Genevieve -- While I love the French pronunciation of Genevieve too, I think the English one works better with Alice. Either way this is a winning combination.
Alice Ariana -- I think you have better options. I don't mind the alliteration. Sometimes it can work really well. My real problem here is the style of Ariana feels too exotic.
My grandmother was Alice Mary. It's simple, but oh so sweet. Others you might like (sorry for any repeats):
Alice Winifred
Alice Winter
Alice Leonie (I prefer French "LAY-uh-nee" here to English "LEE-uh-nee")
Alice Penelope
Alice Gwendolen
Alice Talulla
Alice Verity
Alice Fiona
Alice Kerensa

I LOVE Alice Genevieve. Stunning. Alice Juliet 7 Alice Matilda are gorgeous too.
Josephine & Guinevere are nmsaa, but they sound nice paired with Alice.
I like Ariana, but not with Alice. i find the combo very awkward and hard to say.
Alice Madeleine
Alice Delphine
Alice Persephone
Alice Seraphina
Alice Vivienne
Alice Saskia
Alice Calanthe
Alice Hazel
Alice Rhiannon
Alice Jemima
Alice Verity
Alice Victoria
Alice Felicity
Alice Keziah
HTH :)

Alice Genevieve has the best flow IMO. I also like Alice Ariana but I think it might have too many A's. How about:
Alice Wilhelmine
Alice Frederica
Alice Julianna
Alice Eloïse
Alice Araminta (alliterated like Alice Ariana but with some more solid consonants to break up the A's)
Alice Fiona
Alice Verily
Alice Quintet
Alice Harriet
Alice Opal
Alice Paulette
Alice Thomasine
