Max?

I like Max a lot.
I think you either need to use it as a nickname (for Maximilian or something) or use a good long middle name of about 4 syllables. If you used a very short middle name it would sound too choppy (e.g. Max John, Max George)
Ideas:
Max Alexander
Max Jeremiah
Max Zachariah
Max Bartholomew
Max Leonidas

I think Max is a great name. Personally, I'm partial to Maximillian nn Max, just cause I'm pretentious like that. Max on it's own is perfectly fine, though. Limiting Max to the fn position, here are some possibilities:
Max Callum
Max Eamonn
Max Euan / Ewan
Max Evan
Max Ezra
Max Frederick
Max Griffin
Max Isaiah
Max Julius / Julian
Max Lucius
Max Timothy
Max Tristan

I just saw "The Producers" and the two main characters were Leo and Max, and I began to think how cute they'd be in a sibset.
With just Max (no Maximilian, Maximus, Maxim, Magnus, Maxwell, etc.), you'd need a longer mn:
Max Alexander
Max Balthazar
Max Benjamin
Max Christopher
Max Dominic
Max Gabriel
Max Jonathan
Max Julian
Max Oliver
Max Timothy
You get the idea.
