Re: Persephone?

Persephone is one of those names that I like the sound of but which I would naver use for a first name
The story of Persephone isnt really a gloomy one the way I see it, its a success story
Persephone like most young woman probably loved both her mother and her husband, her mother like many woman just found it difficult to let go of her little girl, and her husband found it difficult to share his wife affections, the good thing is that they were able to come to a working compromise which must have pleased Persephone.

I actually like the story as I really like all the season for one reason or another (though sometimes I get frustrated with rain or snow, but they're merely elements of different seasons) so I like your outlook on it. Obviously, the story doesn't ruin the name for me, but I was curious to see what other's thought.
