I find it really dated and I don't really like it, sorry. It works better as a middle name, but here are some middle name suggestions:

It reminds of a stroll through a Victorian greenhouse. Primrose is so lovely, cute but elegant as well. I think Prim is a cute nickname, and there is also Rose, Rosie, Ro, etc.

I kind of like it but would never use it IRL. It sounds to pretentious.

It's cute, but I'd never use it because of the 'Prim' part. I did think it was adorable, though, that Katniss's sister in The Hunger Games was Primrose "Prim".
