I first heard this name in middle school. The classic Bad Boy on my bus had the name but went by Del. All the girls were in love with him, although I could not see why. He ended up going to juvie, then prison for beating his girlfriend. A real heartbreaker that one.

So I'm not a fan of the name. It sounds unpleasant and unintelligent as well. To me, anyway. Not to offend. :D
