Random, then possibly same meaning or starting with the same letter. It depends on the names, though. In your examples, Nadine and Marina and Theodore and Raphael aren't bad, but Helene and Kody are too different for a sibset imo. I like your examples for same meaning and starting with the same letter. If you just switch the letters in a name, there's a very limited list of names you could use, and why would someone limit themselves? Rhyming names can get confusing.
