Which is better for twins?
First, let's say as a general rule: Which is better for twins? 1) Rhyming names, 2) names that start with the same letter, 3) mean the same thing, 4) same letters just switched around, 5) or are completely random? (You could add a choice too!:) What about triplets? Or quadruplets? (And so on.....)
Now, I have a few choices:
1) Rhyming: a) Girls- Angelina and Sabrina b) Boys- Joe and Moe c) 1 Boy, 1 Girl- Kasey and Lasey?
2) Same letter: a) Girls- Amelia and Alexandra b) Boys- Paul and Percival c) 1B1G- Mickayla and Matthew?
3) Same meaning: a)Girls-Heather and Erica b)Boys- Christoper and Jordan c)1G1B- Christoper and Sabrina
4) Same letters, switched: a)Girls- b)Boys- c)1G1B- ? (I'll find some later in a different message- sorry!!)
5) Random: a)Girls- Nadine and Marina b)Boys- Theodore and Raphael c)1G1B- Helene and Kody?

Random, then possibly same meaning or starting with the same letter. It depends on the names, though. In your examples, Nadine and Marina and Theodore and Raphael aren't bad, but Helene and Kody are too different for a sibset imo. I like your examples for same meaning and starting with the same letter. If you just switch the letters in a name, there's a very limited list of names you could use, and why would someone limit themselves? Rhyming names can get confusing.

Random - they don't have to have anything to do with each other as long as they sound good together.

Completely random, and I believe this with most siblings. I'm part of a themed sibset (same initials), and I don't find it particularly cute, and it just limits you to names.

I think you should use your two favorite names, providing they aren't too similar, like Angelica and Angelina. However, if I had twins, I would make their names alliterating. My twin names:Ellia and Ephraim
Damian and Dean
Nicolette and Natalia

RandomI prefer random, but I don't mind names that have the same meaning or have the same letters switched. I prefer that sibling names don't start with the same letter, but it's okay. Rhyming gets a big no from me.

My vote goes to "Your top 2/3/4, etc names". I wouldn't do anything special if I were having multiples. I'd treat naming them just as I would naming any other (singleton) child of mine. I wouldn't say these are 'random', though. If two of my top 3 rhyme (and I'm having triplets), I'd knock one out and pick my 4th favourite instead of one of the rhyming ones.
If two of my top name happen to start with the same letter, I wouldn't be bothered with that.
I wouldn't intentionally pick names with the same meaning, but if they do mean the same thing, I would only use them if they weren't from the same root (ie: Elizabeth and Isabel are a definite 'no', Alma & Enid? Sure!
Same letters but reversed, only if they were names I would pick if I had two singletons. Are we supposed to vote on your names, or do our own "If you had to pick rhyming names..." kind of thing?
From your names, I really like Sabrina, Heather, Marina, Helene; Paul, Theodore, Raphael.

I'd prefer completely random. Twins are just siblings. You don't give siblings names that rhyme, names that start with the same letter (though some parents actually do do this one), names that mean the same thing, or names with the letters just switched around. So why should you give twins names like that? If HAD to name twins in these ways, this is how I'd do it:1) Rhyming
-Girls: Leah and Maria, Talitha and Tabitha, Veronica and Monica, Anna and Hannah (practically the same name...)
-Boys: Gavin and Davin, Clarence and Terrence, Adrian and Hadrian (practically the same name...), Gilbert and Filbert (weird names...)
-B/G: Aidan and Jaden, Cory and Tori (I wouldn't really use this one most likely, nor the last one), Jaron and Sharon (odd...) 2) Same Letter
-Girls: Annabelle and Amelia, Drusilla and Danielle, Elisabeth and Emily, Isabella and Isla, Theresa and Theodora, Edith and Erica
-Boys: Benjamin and Benedict, Dominic and David, Gregory and Gilbert, Isaac and Isadore, Jacob and Jonathan, James and John, Joel and Josiah, Jeremiah and Joshua
-B/G: Aaron and Alice, Horace and Henrietta, Christopher and Catherine, Patrick and Penelope, Isaac and Ilse, Frederick and Felicity, Eric and Esther, Rupert and Rosamund, Derek and Diana3) Same meaning
-Girls: Philadelphia and Carys, Freya and Donna
-Boys: Benedict and Edmund, Aaron and Jehoram

Rhyming is just plain cornySame letter works but is done a lotSame meaning I like a lot, or even the same themeSame letters depends on the namesRandom is perfectly fineOut of all these, I prefer either the same meaning or random. Same applies to multiples.

For twins, I like names that are a similar style but not too alike. For example: Amelia & Stella, Matthew & Andrew, Joshua & AbigailI also don't mind a theme between the middle names or opposite initials (Aubrey Kate & Kendall Ashley or Jacob David & Dylan John)

I don't like rhyming. Starting with the same letter is alright, but it's slightly corny. I like it when they have the same meaning. Same letters is cool but a bit corny, kind of like the same first initial. Completely random is fine.I like Amelia & Alexandra, Paul & Percival, Heather & Erica, Christopher & Jordan, Christopher & Sabrina, Nadine & Marina, and Theodore & Raphael.
