I personally prefer Miriam (which I love), but if I recall correctly you have a niece named Mira. Miriam and Mira are a bit close for cousins, especially if they'd see each other often.
In this case I vote for Margaret, which I also like a lot. Meg is very cute.

Unfortunately, they wouldn't see each other very often.
I live quite far away from my family now. Plus Mira would be at least 14 years older than the baby - they might never know each other that well.
