Tav-ish, just how it looks. I love it. I think its a really cool but sweet name. It pops up here in semi frequency.

It's pronounced TAH-vish.
(It's easier to pronounce if you think of it as a form of Thomas.)

I think it's TAV-ish, but I just now realized that I pronounce it TAY-vish in my head. Isn't the surname McTavish pronounced with a short a?

Nope, but I'd say TAH-vish like TAH-vis.
I love Tavis as a middle name, but Tavish is less awesome for me.

I'd pronounce it TAY-vish, but I have no idea if that is right or not.
