Ludovica
I saw this name on the Italian top 30. What do you think of it? I think Ludovica is a pretty name. There's also the German spelling Ludovika, which was the name of Empress Sisi's mother. Which spelling do you prefer, Ludovica or Ludovika?

I'd like it more if it didn't remind me of "lewdity."

I love the male Ludovic because it instantly reminds me of "Ludovic Meyer, in charge of cheerfulness". I could definitely get on board with the feminine version... think I prefer Ludovica over Ludovika as it's a bit softer.

Ooh, Ludovica is so dark and baroque! I quite like it.

I usually love "L" names, but I really don't like this name. It just doesn't sound pleasant to my hears - I hear "lewd" and "vik" and I just don't like those sounds. It sounds very harsh imo, and very masculine. Maybe it sounds better with an Italian accent, versus my American one? When it comes to look of the written name, I think Ludovika looks nicer.

Sounds dark and dangerous, but in a good way. I like it.

I don't like it. I don't think it sounds very pretty, at least to me anyway.

I can't decide which I prefer! Probably Ludovica. Gosh, that's a pretty name.

I'm not much for Germanic names, but Ludovika (preferred spelling) could grow on me.

I like it a lot, although I prefer the masculine form Ludovico. I prefer the Italian spelling, which is unusual for me since I usually prefer German forms over Italian, but the K seems harsh and out of place here. Lovely name though :-)
