HelpRe: Temperance, Constance, Patience and Prudence.

Temperance I love, especially as Pia Temperance!
For a nn you could use maybe Ancy or Temmy.
Constance I think I have decided needs to be a middle name or everyone will call her Conny, like it or not. I like the name but would loathe hearing my child Conny so much that I just wouldn't even venture to try.
Patience is a absolute true love of mine. I would call her Pansy as a nn, even though it's not traditional for the name.
Prudence, I suppose you could use Prue, I just don't care for it because it reminds me of how they used to call some girls prudes in middle school... not really a badge of honor....

I've never heard anyone call someone "prude". Interesting. Prudence "Prue" is from one of my favourite books.
