I'd use it. Both you and your husband like it, and it's the spelling Maya that's really popular anyway. Maia Lucia flows very, very well, so I'd use that, too.

Yes, it is Maya that is popular, but they still sound the same. I worried that I was getting into the Kylee/Kyleigh/Kielie/etc deal, because it would still sound like the same name even though the origin and meaning are very different. Thanks!
