I don't mind the name at all actually. It has a certain sweetness to it, which I like. I do personally prefer the spelling Faye though.

Fay is lovely. I also like its variants Fae and Faye.

Fay is a sweet name. It's not too popular either, which I like. I don't think I've ever met a little girl with the first name Fay, but I'd like to.

It's in my top ten! It's so lively and retro- I love it. :)

Fay Beatrix is cute, but I think Fay Beatrice sounds a little better.

I love the combo Fay Beatrix! So pretty. Fay on its own I don't like so much.

I adore Fay for a girl, although I prefer Faye. It's really sweet and gentle and understated. Fay Beatrix is nice, but it doesn't really strike me. I think Fay goes better with a longer middle name, like Anastasia or Luciana.

I really like Fay. I know a girl called Hillary Fay. I think it's better as a middle name to be honest because I find it a little bland as a first name. Same with Joy, Anne, and Jane

I don't like it at all. It sounds so old-lady-like. My mom has a friend named Faye and she is not very nice.

I wouldn't use it, but I like it. I sort of prefer Fey, but that;s more GPish. Fay Beatrix is good :)
