are my nn's for my combos Vivienne Violette and Zoe Zenobia. I wouldn't use these, or anything like these, such as you suggested, as full names; but along the same lines I love Coco as a nn for Socorro, and that's probably the closest I would come to using a nickname-ish name like these.
