Amid the nauseatingly misspelled trendoids shines a gem.
Barbara!
I never used to understand the attraction of
Barbara. She seemed dowdy and boring. But then I started to get into WWII era names (into which I put
Barbara) and she started to grow on me. Then I met a darling 20-something on my recent trip. She was so sweet and good humored with sparkling eyes. Sometimes I meet elderly women like this and wonder what they looked like when they were young. And now I think I've met one. And so I'm in love with the name
Barbara.
Congratulations to
Bernardino and
Annette,
Felicita (!),
Gloria and
Matthew. Nice naming techniques in that family.
