I like it. Another girl V name to like. That makes me happy.
I really like it, it's pretty, uncommon, unique and ethnic. I love that it has mythological connotations as well - goddess of Spring, how lovely!

It's very common and kind of dated here (it was popular in my mother's generation). I've only met one younger Vesna (22) and she's named after her aunt. It has a nice sound, but not a name I'd use.
My impression is caught up somewhere between Vespa and Cessna, so it sounds like a machine to me, sorry.
I like it, but it suits Eastern-European girls better than Anglophone girls, imo.
i like it. I like the meaning and story behind it, and I like how cranky it sounds. It reminds me of something like Velma or Agnes - Vesna does not suffer fools gladly. It has a very scratchy hipster soul. I think of those sharp-looking young girls in berets who knit themselves shark mittens on the bus. Vesna is like a pair of shark mittens.
