I love Micah. The name is sweet and handsome. It evokes a toe-headed little boy with the best "please" and "thank you" manners an "old-timer" like me could ever ask for. I like Micaiah, too, but I've always heard it pronounced "mick-HIGH-ah" (or the like). Micah seems more usable to me as a first name or a middle name. Micaiah fits the middle name slot (off-beat, quirky-ish). I would love to have two little boys named Noah and Micah. Yes, they're a bit matchy but I love it.
