Caitlin is pronounced like 'Katelyn' in the UK too.
Esmee is usually pronounced 'EZ-mee' rather than 'Ez-may' in the UK(from my experience)
If I'm in Germany (where I'm living for a year) I pronounce Eva like Ava, but when I'm back in the UK I pronounce it like 'Eve-uh' :)

Ugh. You'd think that because of all the Celts in the area that it would be pronounced like "Kathleen"
EZ-mee? Wow, I thought they'd use the correct French pronunciation in the UK. EZ-mee sounds more like how Americans might pronounce it before Twilight came out.
