I love Anastasia! If I were using it, I wouldn't shorten it at all. But I guess good nns are Stacey, Annie, maybe Sissy. Nastya is okay, but it looks like Nasty with an A._________________________________________________

Anastasia is a gorgeous name (I prefer all five syllables) and one that I briefly considered for my daughter, Anna. It offers so many nns that have already been mentioned. I'd say my favorites are Ana, Annie, Stasia and Stasha.

Nastya is my favorite

Nastya, Stasya or Nastinka. Anya, though wildly popular as a nickname for Anastasia outside of Russia, is exclusively used as a pet form of Anna in Russia._____

I like Ana / Anna, Annie, Tasia, Asia. Nastasia is nice but it's really not all that much shorter than Anastasia.

I would call her Anya or Stasia (STAH-see-yah). Maybe Stacey, since I do think it's kind of cute, but Anya would be my first choice.Array
