I love Anastasia! If I were using it, I wouldn't shorten it at all. But I guess good nns are Stacey, Annie, maybe Sissy. Nastya is okay, but it looks like Nasty with an A.

Anastasia= Ana, Stasi, Stasia, Asia, Sissy, Tia

Anastasia is a gorgeous name (I prefer all five syllables) and one that I briefly considered for my daughter, Anna. It offers so many nns that have already been mentioned. I'd say my favorites are Ana, Annie, Stasia and Stasha.
