I rather like it, because of a book I had as a kid called "Gerda lives in Norway", about a girl named Gerda and her friend Helga. I'm never quite sure how to pronounce it though. JER-da doesn't sound right, and GER-da reminds me of girders, a type of iron support used in buildings. But still, I like it!
