Boy. And actually I rather like it. Obviously it's strongly associated to Elvis Presley, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. More like a neutral thing in my opinion.
Anyway I think it's more refreshing right now among the the trendier surnames that are in style like Landon, Carter, Cooper, etc...

Better for a girl, but too trendy and too "Elvis" ...

I think Prseley could be ok as a MN for a boy or girl. I want to say that as a FN it is better for a boy, but then I thought maybe not. It is after all a surname, and a girl wouldn't be as labled having it, while maybe a boy would feel forced to live up to an Elvis image, or get too many Elvis comments?
I actually quite like it for some reason (though I'd never use it) and prefer it on a girl. I don't mind it for a boy though and especially like how Cindy Crawford used it, Presley Walker.

I don't care for it, but it seems better suited for a boy.
Better for a boy, but I don't like it.
It's better for a boy but to tell the truth I wouldn't use it for a child unless I absolutely loved it. Presley immediately makes me think of Elvis Presley, so naming a child Presley (or Elvis) just makes me think that the parents really wanted to honor the king of rock & roll! :)

I was actually thinking about this name about a month ago, and thought it would be cute on a little boy. However I then realised a while later (it didn't click straight away) that it's probably not usable because of Elvis. I don't think it would be good on a girl at all, unless it was a family name and used as a mn.
I'm going to say neither, however I've heard it used more on a girl.
