Raymonde
I've been obsessing over this French feminization of Raymond for quite some time. What do you think of the name? I'm especially fond of the nickname Ray, which I consider striking on a girl.

Raymonde is pronounced [reh-MOND], so the "Ray" nickname isn't intuitive and I guess most people would butcher the name as "Raymond" anyway.
For 'Ray' I'd go with something like Rachel, Rain, Reina, or the Japanese Rei (or Reika / Reiko) (pronounced the same).
More ideas (even if some are a stretch):
Mireia / Mireille
Lorraine
Igraine
Andreia [un-DRAY-a]

I know two women named Raymonde (for new posters, I live in a French-speaking area.)It's a good name.
Everybody loves Raymond :-P
jk... had to... show just came in my head when I saw the title of your post.
I'd keep it on the boy list rather than turning it into a girl name... Simply adding an e doesn't work as well on Raymond(e) as on Roland(e).

When I was little, I used to get angry if anyone killed a fly. I named them all Raymond and they were my friends.
So now I associate flies with the name Raymond. The only form of the name that I kind of like is Redmond, on a boy. Putting an "e" on the end and designating it for a girl doesn't erase the insect association in my head. I can't think of a name I'd less want to give a little girl, sorry. :-/
But the mns are just my cup of tea, as you know.
