Seriously, such a gorgeous name, perfect with your kids names and you've loved it for so long it'd be a shame to give up on it now.
How about Sofia Liliana, and then she can go by Sofia Lily around family? That's what we do with the mutiple Ella's and Olivia's to tell them apart- we have Ella Maree & Ella Caitlyn and Olivia Claire & Olivia Joy. It works quite well, and we see each other alot more than twice a year. More like twice a week. Sofia Ruby, Sofia Rose, Sofia Joy- anything short like that would work as a double name to help distinguish between the two.
