Bleh.
Sailor is probably the only attractive spelling, and only because it's an actual spelling. Saelir is especially ugly.
The name itself is... eh. Maybe as a middle name.

I was thinking of it with a middle name too, but I dont know what first name would go nicely with it.

Tobias Sailor maybe? Or James Sailor (although Sailor James would sound better.) Or Matteo Sailor, William Sailor, Liam Sailor, David Sailor, Hakim Sailor, Lachlan Sailor, Dorian Sailor, Pietro Sailor, or Gideon Sailor.
