Louisa, but prn loo-EES-uh, not loo-EEZ-uh. It's a very pretty. but sadly underused, name. You could call her Lou which is slowly starting to grow on me as a nn. Lucy is too common and Lucia strikes me as too trendy.
Louisa Maeve and Louisa Caroline would make for a lovely combo.
